Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pendanaan pada perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kelompok Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selama 2005-2009. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laba ditahan, EPS, ROE, current ratio, dan firmsizesebagai variabel independen, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah DER (debt to equity ratio).Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel independen EPS dan laba ditahan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap DER. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara laba ditahan, ROE, EPS dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap DER, tetapi tidak terdapat pengaruh antara current ratio terhadap DER.
